v2.5 Major

  • Anthropic AI integration. Connect your Anthropic API key to enable AI-powered query intent analysis, automated content recommendations, and natural-language summaries of your performance data.
  • Traffic Source Breakdown Modal. New dedicated modal showing traffic breakdown by source type — brand, non-brand, informational, navigational, commercial, and transactional.
  • Guided Next Steps panel. After running any analysis, the new Guided Next Steps feature suggests the most relevant follow-up action based on what the data shows.
Improved
  • Performance Dashboard. Added "This Month" and "Last Month" as preset date range options. Improved chart rendering speed by 40%.
  • Opportunity Score. Brand traffic exclusion is now automatic when Brand Rules are configured — no manual filter step required.
  • Content Decay. Seasonality detection now uses a full 52-week comparison window (previously 4-week). Significantly fewer false positives for seasonal sites.

  • Fixed an issue where the Trends Explorer would show blank charts when the selected date range fell entirely within a single calendar month.
  • Fixed incorrect CTR delta calculation when comparing periods of different lengths.

  • Scheduler. Added weekly auto-refresh option — GSC data can now be updated automatically on a schedule.

  • Position Distribution UI. New interactive chart showing how pages distribute across ranking position buckets. Filterable by category and device.
  • CTR by Position benchmark. Compare your click-through rate at each position against expected benchmarks. Pages underperforming relative to their rank are highlighted.
  • Site Indexation Modal. Pull Search Console coverage data — indexed pages, excluded pages, errors, warnings — with one click.

  • Trends Explorer. Added brand vs non-brand split view. Brand terms are now detected automatically from Brand Rules configuration.
  • Data import speed. GSC data import is now 2× faster for properties with more than 10,000 rows.
Fixed
  • Fixed date picker not remembering custom range between sessions.
  • Fixed GSC data import failing silently when the user had multiple Search Console properties with similar names.

  • Unified design system. All 23 dialogs and sidebars now share a single stylesheet (Styles.html). Consistent colours, typography, and spacing across the entire suite.
  • Site Health Sidebar. Always-visible sidebar showing indexed pages, PageSpeed score, top-3 ranking pages, and coverage issue count — without opening a full modal.
  • Anomaly Detection. Automatic flagging of unusual traffic spikes or drops that fall outside your site's normal variance range.

  • All modals. Dialog headers now use a consistent navy (#0b3a62) background. Font stack unified to Inter across all UI components.
  • Opportunity Score. Cannibalization risk signal now considers impression volume per conflicting keyword, not just the number of competing pages.

  • Content Decay v2.0. Complete rewrite. New severity scoring, multi-period tracking (week-on-week + month-on-month), configurable thresholds, and conditional formatting in output sheets.
  • Seasonality detection. Content Decay now compares against the same period from the previous year to filter out normal seasonal dips.
  • Task List panel. Track SEO tasks and action items directly in a Sheets sidebar. Tasks can be linked to specific pages from the opportunity or decay analysis.
Fixed
  • Fixed Opportunity Score returning zero for pages with brand traffic when brand rules were not yet configured.
  • Fixed the Google Update Impact tracker using the wrong date field when comparing pre/post traffic.
v2.0 Major
New
  • Brand Rules Manager. Define brand keyword patterns with prefix, suffix, and exact-match rules. Used across Opportunity Score, Trends Explorer, and CTR analysis.
  • URL Category Manager. Assign pages to named topic categories using URL path patterns. Enables category-level traffic analysis in the Trends Explorer.
  • Opportunity Score. Entirely new module. Six-signal scoring algorithm (impressions, position, CTR gap, momentum, cannibalization risk, brand filter) produces a 0–100 score per page.
  • Multi-menu navigation. Restructured from a flat list to five sub-menus: Get Started, Reports, Improve, Google Updates, Data & Settings.
Breaking Changes
  • All HTML files now require createTemplateFromFile().evaluate() instead of createHtmlOutputFromFile(). Custom forks of individual dialogs will need to update their backend function calls.

  • Google Update Impact Tracker. Map your traffic against a pre-loaded database of all major Google algorithm updates. See the traffic delta for every update window.
  • Core Update export. Generate before/after comparison reports from GSC data or export to a new spreadsheet for client delivery.
  • Trends Explorer UI. New full-screen modal for exploring traffic changes across multiple dimensions with date picker and period comparison controls.
