By installing, accessing, or using GSC Analytics Suite (the "Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-on.
These Terms apply to all users of the Add-on, including free (Starter) and paid (Professional, Agency) license holders. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
GSC Analytics Suite is a Google Sheets add-on that connects to Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and related Google APIs to provide SEO analytics features within Google Sheets. Features include, but are not limited to:
The Add-on requires a valid Google account and access to one or more Google Search Console properties. The availability of specific features depends on your license plan.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Add-on within your Google Sheets environment for your internal business or personal purposes.
Your license is tied to your Google account. You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign your license to another person or entity without our prior written consent.

Feature availability per plan is as described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust plan features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (where offered). Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are stated in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Add-on in your jurisdiction.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before suspending access.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Add-on within 30 days of your first paid purchase, contact us at billing@gscanalytics.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 30 days, refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. When you cancel a subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. Annual plans cancelled after 30 days are not eligible for a refund of the remaining months.
Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data the Add-on accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to connect the Google Search Console properties you use with the Add-on, and that your use of the Add-on complies with applicable data protection laws.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Add-on — including its code, design, documentation, and trademarks — belong to GSC Analytics Suite. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Add-on.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the Add-on and to any reports or outputs you generate using it. We claim no ownership over your Google Search Console data or your Google Sheets content.
The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithms, your website's content, and competitive dynamics. The Add-on provides data and analysis tools — results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSC Analytics Suite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Add-on shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your use of the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets and cancelling any active subscription via your billing portal.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Add-on, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use of the Add-on.
Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
